About the Program: Samarpan 30 is a flagship educational initiative by Leeyo Multipurpose Society that provides free academic education and intensive NEET coaching to 30 meritorious students from Arunachal Pradesh. The program is designed to nurture talent and produce future medical professionals from underserved communities. Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty to join our Samarpan 30 academic team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in teaching NEET-level Physics and capable of mentoring students through a rigorous academic environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach Class 11 & 12 Physics based on the NEET syllabus and CBSE board curriculum Create lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress Provide one-on-one mentoring to students as needed Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance academic outcomes Inspire and motivate students to achieve top ranks in NEET Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Physics, especially for NEET/competitive exams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline Strong conceptual clarity and ability to teach both basic and advanced NEET topics Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills Prior experience in residential or intensive coaching programs is a plus Benefits: Free Accommodation Provided Food Allowance will be Provided extra on a fixed basis Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through a socially driven mission Supportive academic environment and scope for long-term career growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025

Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Language: · Educational Background- Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is a plus. · Experience- Minimum 1 month- 1.5 years in logistics, dispatch coordination, or inventory management. · Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software. · Strong knowledge of MS Excel for report generation and data analysis.
