About the Company : ZsorkX is a logistics arm of Zsork Prive Limited,headquartered in Itanagar, building Northeast intercity and interstate logistics network. Our vision is to become the go-to logistics backbone for Arunachal and beyond. Role Overview : We're hiring a responsible, self-driven individual to support core delivery operations, office tasks, and also drive growth through local sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities : Office & Operation Support: Maintain parcel records and rider logs (Google Sheets/Excel) Assign shipments to delivery partners Track delivery status and follow-ups Coordinate with courier franchises and partners Sales & Marketing Support: Visit shops, businesses, and service providers to pitch courier services Help onboard local clients for pickups and deliveries Promote ZsorkX services in town (flyers, word-of-mouth, etc.) Assist with basic social media updates and promotions Who Can Apply : Based in or around Itanagar, but only from Arunachal Pradesh Can speak Hindi fluently; local language a plus Can use basic apps: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, calling Confident speaking to people (offline sales or marketing experience is a bonus) Eager to learn, explore, and grow with a startup Salary : starting 9000 INR and (growth + incentives+commission possible) Location : Itanagar Work Environment : Respectful, learning-based, founder-led early team Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
