Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant services or solutions. Lead client meetings, presentations, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues. Track account metrics (revenue, retention, satisfaction) and report regularly to leadership. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments that may impact clients.
