An Air Ticketing and Reservation Executive is responsible for assisting customers in booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information on flight schedules, fares, and routes. This job requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Reservation & Ticketing on CRS (Amadeus/Galileo), Online Portal for Domestic/International air travel Itinerary & fare construction. Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades & re-routings involved. Refund processing of tickets cancelled Solving Escalations at the first end. Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues. Handling web check in and seat allocation. Contact : 7986080553 · Handing and taking over patient, drugs, and details report in every shift change. · Communicate effectively with patients, their relatives, careres & attenders · Go for rounds with consultants, note down and implement instructions. · Administration of oral drugs, intramascular and intrvenous injections as prescribed by the doctors. · Render bed side nursing care for all patients. · Taking care of all equipment’s like ventilator, defibrillator, Humidifier, Infusion pump, syringe pump and oxygen flow meter, vacuum suction re functioning properly. · Co-ordinate with administration people regarding admission, discharge of patients and billing activities. · History collection and complete physical examination of patient including height and weight and etc... · Following the admission instruction and preparing the patient for diagnostic investigation like ultrasound, X-ray and lab investigations. · Educating the patients and their relatives about the nurse call system, visiting hours and hospital policy on admission and discharge procedure · Administer intravenous fluid and oxygen as advised by doctor. · Checking vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration and doing documentation every 4th hourly. · Preparing the patient for minor and major surgeries with complete pre-operative assessment and check list filled and signed by two witness. · Informing the consultants if any changes in the patients and report values immediately and following the instruction given by consultants and documenting in the records. · Co- ordinate with food services and dietary departments for patient diets. · Assisting the doctors for bedside procedures and treatment. · Checking the BP apparatus laryngoscope, torch and its working conditions. · Following the hospital policies and rules. · Teach and co-ordinate with the new nurses. · Giving general nursing care to all the patients. · Provide Psychological support to the patient and families. · Participating in service nurse education programmes conduct by the hospital.
