Overseeing the maintenance of equipment, building, plant security and protection Monitoring and testing various plant processes Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company Developing a preventive maintenance programme Setting performance goals and expectations Determining important key performance indicators and measuring them regularly Staying up to date with the latest production trends, technology and best practices Building trustworthy relationships with employees Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation & supply management Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant Drive and Manage for Plant Performance with defined Objectives for Customer satisfaction. Identify and manage the list of areas across the plant, affecting the plant performance, to achieve the performance targets. Review of quality performance of Plant Plan for Team Development by reviewing the Competency Gap Collaborate with new product development teams to ensure smooth transition of new orthopedic implant products from development to manufacturing. Plan Strategy for Business Development to increase the top Line. Look after the audit requirements specific to orthopedic implants manufacturing, such as CE, ISO, CDESCO,ANVISA, USFDA regulations. Should have experience to monitor VMC & CNC machines Desired Candidate Profile: Age: Till 40 yrs only. Male candidate preferred. Education: Btech/M Tech- Mechanical Engineer. Good written and verbal communication skills Project Management. Should have experience in handling VMC & CNC- Turning Machineries. Should be able to take initiative and drive things.
