Job Title: Safety & Projects Coordinator Location: [Waveghar Gaon, Kanchad - Mumbai 421303] Employment Type: Full-time Department: Health, Safety & Environment Industry: Food Manufacturing (Beneficial) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety & Projects Coordinator to maintain safety standards across site & manage projects with quality & timeliness. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing safety systems, conducting safety audits, maintaining safety compliance, managing projects working with internal stakeholders & external suppliers and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background as team player and stakeholder coordination is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, assess risks associated with various tasks and follow up actions Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences Implement & manage plans, policies & protocols to improve safety and ensure compliance on site. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and generate regular reports for project managers and stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Management & allocation of project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with qualification in Health & Safety Min 5years experience working with Safety systems implementation & regulations Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies. Team player, good communication and coordination with stakeholders Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills Experience in reasonable size project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to identify and resolve project and safety-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
