Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes according to standard recipes. Assist in planning and executing menu items, daily specials, and food promotions. Key Responsibilities:Commi I:Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes as per standard recipes. Manage assigned kitchen station independently during operations. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation is consistently high. Assist the Sous Chef/CDP in planning and inventory management. Follow proper food storage and labeling standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP). Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required. Commi II:Assist in the preparation and mise en place for continental cuisine. Support Commi I and other senior chefs during busy service hours. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools, utensils, and work area. Follow chef instructions precisely for cutting, marinating, mixing, etc. Ensure timely delivery of prep items to assigned stations. Learn recipes and cooking techniques under supervision.
