Job Title: Operations Executive Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end logistics for shipments across India Finalize agreements with traditional and modern logistics providers Coordinate with internal teams across cities for smooth operations Track payments, shipment status, and material quality (inward/outward) Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely and accurate e-way bills, invoices, and documentation Ensure compliance with SOPs and legal regulations Maintain vendor relationships and support procurement Negotiate costs and terms with logistics partners Handle and resolve labour disputes as per company policy Implement cost-saving measures in logistics and transport Use Google Sheets, e-way bill software, and other tools for data management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field 4–5 years of experience in logistics/operations (FMCG or dry fruits preferred) Proficient in Google Sheets, logistics software, and documentation tools Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills Prior experience in export/import operations is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Supply chain management: 5 years (Preferred) Transportation management: 5 years (Preferred) Inventory management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
