The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors and government agencies to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of the power sector, renewable energy technologies, and solar project development. Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including objectives, scope, timelines and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and risk analysis to identify potential project challenges and mitigation strategies. Define specific and achievable project milestones and assigning responsibilities ensures accountability with specific deadlines as per milestone and helps in tracking progress effectively. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to define project requirements and specifications. 2. Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. Oversee project procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material procurement. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
