Key Responsibilities: DS (Tax Deducted at Source): Ensure accurate deduction and timely payment of TDS as per statutory requirements. Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS and issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). GST (Goods and Services Tax): Monthly/quarterly filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). Reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B. Handling GST audits and responding to department queries. Income Tax Returns (ITR): Preparation and filing of ITR for individuals, firms, and companies.
