Key Responsibilities: DS (Tax Deducted at Source): Ensure accurate deduction and timely payment of TDS as per statutory requirements. Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS and issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). GST (Goods and Services Tax): Monthly/quarterly filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). Reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B. Handling GST audits and responding to department queries. Income Tax Returns (ITR): Preparation and filing of ITR for individuals, firms, and companies. Assisting in tax planning and ensuring compliance with current tax laws. Coordination with auditors and consultants during tax assessments. Balance Sheet & Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors. Maintenance of general ledger, assets, and liabilities accounting. Tally Accounting: Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and vouchers. Generating reports such as Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet. Desired Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Familiarity with MCA portal, TRACES, and GST portal. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred. Provide prompt, accurate, and concept-based doubt resolution for Class 11 and 12 students. Explain problem-solving approaches through step-by-step solutions. Use various formats (written, verbal, visual) to clarify student doubts depending on the platform (live sessions, chat support, video explanations, etc.). Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving strategies among students. Track frequently asked doubts and work with content or teaching teams to improve resources. Maintain a student-friendly and supportive approach to boost confidence and engagement. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all mathematical explanations and avoid shortcuts without understanding. Participate in regular academic review meetings to improve doubt-solving quality. Work closely with the academic and content development team to ensure curriculum alignment.
