Responsibilities: Manage and operate all aspects of the procurement process on the GEM portal, including but not limited to: Creating and managing product/service catalogs. Posting tenders and bids. Evaluating bids and vendor selection. Generating purchase orders. Managing contract terms and conditions. Processing payments and invoices. Ensure all transactions on the GEM portal are in compliance with government guidelines, rules, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all GEM portal activities and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, purchase, user departments) to gather requirements and facilitate the procurement process. Communicate effectively with vendors and address their queries related to GEM transactions. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and policies of the GEM portal. Generate reports and provide insights on GEM portal activities as required. Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise during GEM portal operations. Assist in training internal stakeholders on GEM portal usage and best practices. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
