The Driver cum Office Attendant is responsible for efficient and safe transportation services, along with maintaining a well-organized and clean office environment. This dual-role position supports both logistical and clerical functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Driving & Transport Duties Operate company vehicles for staff transportation, parcel delivery, and official errands. Adhere to traffic rules and ensure safety and punctuality during transit. Monitor vehicle condition, schedule maintenance, and report repair needs. Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and servicing logs. Office Support & Attendant Duties Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents for administrative tasks. Serve refreshments during meetings and support basic hospitality needs. Clean office spaces, restrooms, and pantry as per daily schedules. Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish stock as needed. Greet guests and direct them appropriately in the office. License Valid LMV driving license; Skills Basic clerical knowledge, route familiarity, discipline Additional Information Should be punctual, courteous, and maintain confidentiality. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. Expected to follow company’s professional conduct and dress code.
