Driver cum office assistant

The Driver cum Office Attendant is responsible for efficient and safe transportation services, along with maintaining a well-organized and clean office environment. This dual-role position supports both logistical and clerical functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Driving & Transport Duties

• Operate company vehicles for staff transportation, parcel delivery, and official errands.
• Adhere to traffic rules and ensure safety and punctuality during transit.
• Monitor vehicle condition, schedule maintenance, and report repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and servicing logs.
• Office Support & Attendant Duties
• Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents for administrative tasks.
• Serve refreshments during meetings and support basic hospitality needs.
• Clean office spaces, restrooms, and pantry as per daily schedules.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish stock as needed.
• Greet guests and direct them appropriately in the office.

License

Valid LMV driving license;

Skills

Basic clerical knowledge, route familiarity, discipline

Additional Information

• Should be punctual, courteous, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Expected to follow company’s professional conduct and dress code.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
