Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, answer any remaining questions, and move leads through the sales pipeline. Sales Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide them with necessary information to close sales effectively. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers on their experience with our products and services, providing insights to improve offerings. Meeting Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
