Exp= 10yrs Key Responsibilities: Plan and supervise all rigging and lifting operations at the site in coordination with crane operators and lifting supervisors. Select appropriate lifting gear (slings, shackles, spreader bars, chains, etc.) based on the load type, weight, and configuration. Inspect rigging equipment regularly for wear and damage and ensure only certified and tested gear is used. Conduct risk assessments and prepare lifting plans for critical lifts and complex rigging jobs. Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards (like OSHA, ASME, LOLER) and company-specific procedures. Train and guide riggers and other crew members in correct lifting techniques and rigging safety. Coordinate with crane operators to align lifts safely and efficiently, minimizing risk to personnel and assets. Maintain detailed records of lifting equipment inspection, usage logs, and incident reports if any. Participate in daily toolbox talks , pre-lift meetings, and site safety inspections. Report unsafe conditions or near misses and take corrective actions immediately. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Certification in Lifting/Rigging Safety (CICB/LOLER/LEEA/TUV etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
