Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SCM & Logistics Manager for our upcoming projects in Bhavani, Erode . This role requires a candidate with a strong background in supply chain and logistics management, backed by proven industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Optimize supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Ensure accurate inventory management and implement effective control systems. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead and manage the logistics and supply chain team, driving performance and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration , or a related field (regular courses only). Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management , preferably in the textile and garments industry . Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations , and inventory management . Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation , and analytical skills. Proficiency in SCM software and ERP systems . Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM , or CLTD will be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics , or a related field. Additional certifications in SCM software/tools and industry-relevant systems . Experience in managing SCM operations in high-volume, fast-paced textile or apparel manufacturing environments .
