Job Title: Roll Forming Machine Operator Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Solstr Innovation LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting roll forming machines to produce high-quality metal components in compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal parts and products according to production specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. • Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and ensure consistent quality. • Conduct regular machine inspections and routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. • Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to identify and address defects or inconsistencies. • Handle raw materials and finished products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling. • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and downtime. • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and resolve issues. • Adhere to workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing processes is preferred. • Minimum 2 years experience as a roll forming machine operator or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of roll forming processes, tools, and equipment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
