With offices in New Delhi and Guwahati, we guide patients through every step of their medical journey—from consultation to treatment and recovery at leading hospitals in India like Apollo, Fortis, Medanta etc (our delivery partners) Job Description We are looking for 2-3 compassionate and well-spoken Patient Counselors to join our Guwahati office. In this role, you will assist international patients by providing accurate information, coordinating treatment options, and guiding them throughout their healthcare journey in India. Key Responsibilities: Interact with international patients via WhatsApp, Viber, phone, email etc. Understand patient needs and guide them with suitable treatment options and hospitals. You will be provided ample training for the same.
