The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in carpet manufacturing, a good understanding of colour palettes, and the ability to perform accurate colour matching using shade boxes. Only candidates from Bhadohi or nearby areas will be considered. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations of tufted and handloom carpet production. Perform carpet colour matching using shade boxes as per client and designer specifications. Understand and execute custom colour palettes and ensure accuracy during production. Coordinate with dyeing and finishing teams for smooth workflow. Manage the labour team on the shop floor and ensure timely output. Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. Keep production records, defect logs, and maintain inventory updates. Train new workers in quality standards, safety, and production processes. Ensure production targets are met efficiently and without quality compromise. ⸻ Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handmade carpet manufacturing, especially tufted or handloom carpets. Must reside in or around Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Strong understanding of colour theory, shade box usage, and colour blending. Ability to detect and fix colour mismatches in production. Good leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
