Tagline: Software development for startups 🌐 www.codenicely.in 🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and people-savvy Sales & Founder’s Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll actively reach out to potential clients and industry connections on LinkedIn, build relationships, generate leads, and support the CTO with follow-ups, meeting notes, and other key tasks. 🗂️ Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn and other platforms. Initiate and manage conversations, pitch our services, and set up meetings for the CTO. Maintain a detailed log of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and status updates. Join client calls or meetings as needed — take structured notes and ensure next steps are tracked. Draft and send professional follow-up messages, emails, and proposals as required. Assist the CTO with daily administrative and coordination tasks related to sales and partnerships. Prepare basic sales reports and summaries. Support other ad-hoc sales and founder’s office tasks. ✅ Requirements: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Confident and comfortable reaching out to people and initiating business conversations. Highly organized and proactive — able to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. Familiarity with LinkedIn networking and B2B sales basics. Good at taking clear notes and following up on action items. Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or executive assistance is a plus. Based in Raipur or ready to relocate. 💼 Who You’ll Work With:You’ll work directly with and report to our CTO — no CEO interaction required.
