Role & responsibilities *Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the company. *Introduce and explain the features of our billing application software. *Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the billing application software to userbase. *Clearly communicate the benefits and functionalities to potential clients. *Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and address any queries they may have. *Maintain a record of all interactions and feedback received. *Establish rapport with potential clients to understand their requirements. *Provide personalized assistance and guidance on utilising the application. *Assist clients in understanding how to use the billing application software. *Conduct Demo sessions over the phone/zoom call/google meet/anydesk to ensure effective usage. *Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and client interaction. *Update the CRM system with relevant information.

Performance Management: Assist in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews. 6. Policy Implementation: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. 7. Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlement.
Proficiency in Tally Knowledge of Basic TDS Ability to file GST Returns Understanding of Basic Audit Good skills in Excel
