Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients through tele-calling, coordinating seamlessly with our design team, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and delightful experience from initial contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Tele-calling: Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the interior design market. Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective clients, introducing our services, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads. Follow up on inquiries from various marketing channels (website, social media, referrals, events). Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and communication logs. Coordination with Design Team: Act as a crucial liaison between potential clients and the interior design team. Schedule initial consultations and meetings for designers with qualified leads. Effectively communicate client requirements, preferences, and project scope to the design team to ensure accurate proposals and design concepts. Facilitate smooth handovers of qualified leads to the design and sales teams. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary. Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and client experience. Assist in post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Contribute to content creation for marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media posts, email newsletters). Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on lead generation, tele-calling effectiveness, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates on marketing activities and client interactions to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or client coordination role, preferably within the interior design, real estate, or luxury goods industry. Proven experience with tele-calling and lead qualification. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
