We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Pitambra Flim & Production LLP . If you are fluent in spoken Gujarati, Hindi and good with excellent written communication skills in English, and are proficient in MS-Excel, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sale our services and products. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels. Maintain a database of client information and update it regularly in MS-Excel. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and handover of leads. Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to effectively pitch our offerings to clients.
