We are currently looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our Vadodara clinic. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude. Manage appointments and maintain the clinic’s daily schedule. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to patient queries professionally. Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations. Handle billing, payments, and follow-up calls. Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the reception area. Promote clinic services and products to walk-in customers. Provide accurate information about treatments and offers when required. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Prior experience in reception/front desk/customer service roles preferred. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software, etc.) Pleasant personality, with a calm and polite demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about clinic treatments and services.
