We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities. The role involves managing the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production operations and manage production schedules for (electronics & Mechanical). Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines. Monitor the performance of production workers and provide guidance and support. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Stores. Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper utilization of materials, labor, and machinery. Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Train new employees and ensure continuous development of team members. Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Production Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory role. Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and testing of PCBs and electronic assemblies. Good knowledge of electronic components, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing practices. Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, 5S, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and production software tools.
