Job Responsibilities: ² Welcoming all patients. ² Co-ordinating with the patients’ need inside the Hospital premises. ² Software Biling of pharmacy items. ² Coordinating with Housekeeping for room cleaning. ² Coordinating with maintenance department for room maintenance work. ² Coordinating with Doctors regarding follow-up dates. ² Making OPD file and Tag for patients. ² Explaining procedure instructions politely to the patients. ² Arranging transport inside Hospital premises, if needed. ² Maintaining all OP stationeries. ² Sending sick cases to emergency immediately. ² Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time. SKILLS REQUIRED: ² Tele calling ² Excellent communicative skill-English & Tamil ² Computer skills- MS Word & Excel ² Basic accounts- cash management & Entries ² Patience & trouble shooting ² Team player ² Documentation EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years

We are seeking a responsible and efficient Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a patient-friendly environment at Vision Xperts Eye Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of duty, cleanliness, and hospital sanitation protocols. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness in all hospital areas, including consultation rooms, operation theatres, waiting areas, restrooms, and corridors. Dust and sanitize furniture, equipment, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Handle waste disposal as per biomedical waste management protocols. Replenish supplies such as tissue rolls, hand wash, sanitizers, etc. Support in preparing the rooms for patient care (bed linens, cleaning instruments, etc.). Follow infection control and hygiene practices as per hospital standards. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor. Maintain cleaning tools and report when supplies need to be refilled. Assist in emergency cleaning when required. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (hospital/clinic preferred). Knowledge of hospital cleaning standards and infection control (preferred). Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality. Cooperative attitude and ability to follow instructions.
