The welder must be capable of reading fabrication drawings and delivering high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: The welders will be responsible for carrying out TIG, MIG, and ARC welding operations based on material specifications and drawing requirements. Responsibilities include surface preparation, alignment of parts, performing strong and accurate weld joints, and ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy of welds. Work may include structural frames, tanks, conveyors, supports, and pipeline joints. Welders must follow safety protocols and maintain their equipment properly. Requirements: Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relevant welding experience in a steel fabrication or industrial environment. Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and alloy materials is mandatory. Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings and welding symbols is required.
