ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a high energy, detail oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD). This role acts as the MD’s operational righthand—owning calendars, governance cadence, communication, and follow through—while coordinating with Projects, Contracts, Finance, HR and site teams to ensure priorities are executed on time.
