Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our elevator business in Raipur and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or elevator/escalator industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and tap into new markets including builders, architects, consultants, and institutions. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Business Development: Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations. Promote Kimp Elevators’ range of products and services. Provide customer-specific elevator solutions, working closely with the technical team. Team & Reporting: Manage and mentor a sales team (if applicable). Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM tools. Report weekly and monthly performance to the management. After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer escalations and service-related queries. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (Elevator, HVAC, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and lead generation capabilities. Ability to work independently and drive results. Basic technical understanding of elevator systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives.
