Help with wallet recharge, app usage, and product-related queries. Resolve issues with a polite and positive approach. 3.Feedback & Lead Nurturing Collect trial feedback and understand reasons for non-conversion. Reconnect with inactive, lost, or dormant leads. Help improve customer experience through regular interaction. 4.CRM Entry & Reporting Update lead status and call outcomes in the CRM daily. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversions. Submit daily reports to the manager.
