Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Documentation Executive to support our digital operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all internal and client-facing documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and clearly organized. The candidate will play a key role in documenting project requirements, client communications, internal SOPs, and ensuring a structured flow of information across departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain project documentation : briefs, proposals, SOWs (Scope of Work), wireframes, timelines, etc. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process manuals.
