Payroll & Attendance Manage employee attendance records, leave tracking and salary processing. Check and Review and process ESI, EPF, and LWF contributions 2. Organize training sessions, including induction and on-the-job training. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is highly preferred . Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and data analytics.
