About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our IndiaMART process team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining IndiaMART services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads/data. Explain IndiaMART services, subscription plans, and benefits to clients. Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful business listings or paid subscriptions. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to IndiaMART.
