Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process, such as delays, rejections, or requests for additional information. Knowledge and Compliance: Stay continuously updated with the latest changes in visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for various countries. Ensure all applications adhere to the most current guidelines to maximize success rates. Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized physical and digital files for all client cases. Generate reports on application statuses and success rates as required. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned to support the office operations.
