We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Operations Associate who can work across multiple roles within our laundry and dry-cleaning business. This person will act as a support resource to ensure smooth daily operations across our outlets and factory. Key Responsibilities: Store Support Step in as temporary store manager when outlet managers are on leave. Handle customer queries, order bookings, and issue resolution. Sales & Outreach Visit potential businesses (e.g. salons, hotels, clinics, hostels) to pitch our services. Share proposals, collect leads, and support onboarding of B2B clients. Logistics Support Temporarily replace delivery runners when needed. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries with proper documentation. Factory Assistance Assist in day-to-day tasks at the factory including sorting, tagging, and dispatch. Coordinate with the processing and QC team to ensure service quality. Required Skills: Good communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English preferred). Willingness to travel locally within Nashik. Ability to adapt to different tasks and work environments. Prior experience in operations/logistics/sales is a plus. Basic smartphone handling for apps and communication. Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory). Job Responsibility 1. Oversee daily hospital site operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. 2.
