Assess students’ learning and behavioral needs to design appropriate teaching strategies. Deliver lessons using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies. Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to students. Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning. Job Responsibility 1. Oversee daily hospital site operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. 2. Coordinate with department heads (housekeeping, nursing, maintenance, security, etc.) for seamless workflow. 3. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements. 4. Supervise on-site staff including shift planning, attendance, and performance management. 5. Handle patient and staff grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 6. Monitor facility upkeep including cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance. 7. Manage vendor services such as housekeeping, waste disposal, laundry, catering, and AMC contracts. 8. Conduct routine inspections of all operational areas for quality, hygiene, and safety. 9. Prepare and submit reports on operations, incidents, and performance metrics to higher management. 10. Coordinate emergency response efforts in case of fire, disasters, or medical emergencies. 11. Participate in audits and inspections (e.g., NABH, JCI) and assist in implementing recommendations. 12. Ensure availability of utilities and infrastructure (power, water, air conditioning, etc.) without disruption. 13. Support new staff onboarding and training in standard operating procedures. 14. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and biomedical waste disposal norms. 15. Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care across the hospital site. 16. The employee has successfully filled out the ERP form in the ERP software, including accurate reporting of attendance and leave records. Experience & Qualification 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare facility management. 3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
