Job Summary: [P.P.SAVANI CHAITANYA VIDYA SANKUL ] is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Aerobics and Gymnastics Coach to join our Physical Education department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student health and fitness, with the ability to plan and deliver structured aerobics and gymnastics lessons that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with the school’s educational objectives. This position is key in helping students develop physical skills, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for movement and exercise. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and conduct aerobics and gymnastics classes for students across various grade levels (e.g., Primary to Secondary). Design age-appropriate lesson plans that promote flexibility, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Teach fundamental and advanced gymnastics techniques in a safe, inclusive, and progressive manner. Supervise students during all training sessions and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Foster an encouraging, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with PE teachers and school staff to integrate physical fitness goals into the broader curriculum. Prepare students for inter-school gymnastics meets, demonstrations, or fitness events where applicable. Conduct fitness assessments and monitor individual student progress. Maintain and inspect gymnastics and aerobics equipment regularly for safety and proper functioning. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions. Qualifications: Proven experience coaching aerobics and gymnastics, preferably in a school or youth program. Relevant certifications (e.g., Physical Education degree, Gymnastics Coaching Certification, First Aid/CPR). Strong understanding of child and adolescent physical development. Ability to inspire and manage students with varying skill levels and enthusiasm. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Energetic, patient, and passionate about health and physical education.
