About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-tasking Sales & Operations Executive to join our Edutech center in Hyderabad. This role involves direct interaction with students/parents, handling daily operations at the center, and ensuring a smooth sales and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
• Follow up with leads through calls, and in-person meetings.
• Explain course offerings, benefits, and pricing to prospective students/parents.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Manage center operations during working hours.
• Handle basic data entry and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or operations.
• Good communication skills .
• Basic computer knowledge .
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.
