Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Sports Center Executive who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our sports facility while also driving inside sales. This is not a managerial title, but the role requires complete ownership of the center’s functioning — including customer service, sales, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Explain services, pricing, and packages to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Convert inquiries into bookings or memberships through follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and ensure timely renewals.

Center Operations & Management:

• Oversee daily functioning of the center — opening/closing, cleanliness, and basic upkeep.
• Maintain stock/inventory of sports equipment and consumables.
• Handle billing, cash collections, and daily reporting to management.
• Manage customer walk-ins, provide a friendly front-desk experience.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good at convincing and closing sales (in-person and over phone).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel,Billing software).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
