You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners and will play a critical role in guiding them through our program offerings, understanding their goals, and helping them make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential students who have shown interest in our programs.Understand student profiles and career aspirations to recommend suitable upskilling programs.Counsel students about program details, curriculum, career outcomes, fees, and admission processes.Follow up with leads consistently through calls, WhatsApp, emails, or other CRM tools.Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey.Meet weekly and monthly targets for student conversions and pipeline building.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
