Job Title: AutoCAD Designer (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team for new building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and structural plans based on design specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for new building construction.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to finalize design details.
• Create structural, architectural, and reinforcement drawings as per project specifications.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and sketches.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material estimates when required.
• Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications and updates.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control for all design files.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) — knowledge of other design software like Revit, SketchUp, or Staad Pro is an advantage.
• 1–5 years of experience in building design and drafting (freshers with good skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of civil and structural drawing principles.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and visualization ability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, RCC detailing, and site layout preparation.
• Familiarity with estimation or quantity surveying will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
