KeyResponsibilities:

andsalesperformance.

?Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams(Sales,MedicalAffairs,Regulatory,Supply

Chain)toensuresuccessfulproductlaunchesandongoingpromotion.

?DefineandmonitorproductKPIs(marketshare,sales,growthtrends).

?Managetheproductlifecycleincludingnewindications,lineextensions,andportfolio

rationalization.

?Planandexecutepromotionalcampaigns,CMEactivities,producttraining,andscientific

communication.

?EngagewithKOLs,HCPs,andkeystakeholderstogatherinsightsandsupportbrand

positioning.

?Developmarketingcollateralssuchasvisualaids,brochures,digitalcontent,andproduct

literature.

?Coordinatewiththefieldforcetoimplementmarketingstrategiesandmonitorfield

feedback.

?Prepareforecasts,budgeting,andP&Loversightforassignedbrands.

Qualifications:-

?Bachelor'sdegreeinPharmacy,LifeSciences,orrelatedfield.MBAinMarketingor

HealthcareManagementispreferred.

?37yearsofexperienceinpharmaceuticalmarketing/productmanagement.

?Strongunderstandingofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamics,regulatoryframework,and

therapeuticareas.

?Excellentcommunication,analytical,andprojectmanagementskills.

?Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-pacedenvironment.

?ProficiencyinMSOffice;knowledgeofCRMtoolsanddigitalplatformsisaplus.
