Finacle TCoE Lead / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  Finacle Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE)

  across projects and releases.
• Own

  end-to-end test delivery

  , including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Define and implement

  testing strategies, standards, and best practices

  for Core Banking applications (Finacle).
• Manage

  multiple testing teams

  and ensure delivery adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
• Act as the

  single point of contact

  for clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Oversee testing of various

  Finacle modules

  (CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury, etc.).
• Drive

  test automation initiatives

  and continuous improvement within the TCoE.
• Ensure effective

  risk management, reporting, and escalation

  throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and capability building.
  
• Prepare and present

  status reports, metrics, and dashboards

  to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years

  of experience in software testing with strong exposure to the

  Banking domain

  .
• Minimum

  7 years of experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager / Project Manager

  with delivery ownership.
• Extensive hands-on experience in

  Finacle/Core Banking application testing

  .
• Strong understanding of

  STLC, test governance, defect management, and release management

  .
• Experience in managing

  large and distributed testing teams

  .
• Proficiency with

  test management and defect tracking tools

  (JIRA, ALM, QC, etc.).
• Exposure to

  automation testing frameworks

  and tools (Selenium or similar) is preferred.
• Strong

  client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects

  and work under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  TCoE setup or transformation initiatives

  .
• Knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum and DevOps testing practices

  .
• Banking certifications or Finacle functional exposure.
