Role Overview: We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting products, handling inquiries, and supporting sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and campaign execution
• Meet daily call targets and conversion goals
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–4 years of telecalling experience in the FMCG sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Graduate in any discipline; fluency in English and Hindi
