End-to-end development and migration of applications to Azure using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions using Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software. Guide and mentor a team of 45 developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Agile best practices. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile Scrum team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments. Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
.NET FW, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API
Classic ASP, VB6, COM/COM+ components Exposure to .NET migrations/modernizations and Azure hosting/R Lane treatment strategy SQL Server/Azure SQL DB Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Boards. Proven ability to lead and mentor small development teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
