Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable automation scripts using Java, applying strong object-oriented programming principles.
2. Design and implement backend automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing tools such as RestAssured and Postman.
3. Apply advanced knowledge of test design patterns, testing techniques, API and database testing (SQL), and execute comprehensive test plans.
4. Support and enhance automation activities across iterative development, system testing, and regression testing cycles.
5. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, ensuring seamless build verification.
6. Build and maintain automated test suites for APIs, integration flows, and platform services.
7. Translate business and technical requirements into effective test cases and test scenarios.
8. Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
9. Partner with client teams to validate end-to-end scenarios and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
10. Maintain up-to-date testing documentation, including test coverage reports and traceability matrices.
11. Ensure quality across platform components such as flows, connectors, mappers, transformations, and validations.
12. Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks.
13. Write code to enhance software testability and proactively address quality issues.
14. Collaborate closely with developers and QA peers to embed testing into the development lifecycle.
15. Drive continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and automation strategies.
