Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assess and diagnose injuries and develop appropriate treatment plans.
To provide specialist neurological rehabilitation including functional electrical stimulation, constraint induced movement therapy, Saebo and hydrotherapy.
Provide expert hands-on physiotherapy treatments and interventions.
Utilize a range of assessment and treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, coaches, and other healthcare professionals.
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining their conditions and treatment plans in a clear and understandable manner.
Organize and deliver in-house CPD sessions for the physiotherapy team.
Effectively contribute to the training and up skilling of other team members.
Contribute to the development and execution of new services within the clinic group.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in orthopedic, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.
Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve the quality of care delivered by the clinic.
