Job Title :Oracle Fusion Technical Lead

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Oracle/RecVue) will provide technical leadership during the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue. This role will focus on guiding the design, development, and validation of technical solutions including integrations, extensions, and data migrations for Oracle Fusion and RecVue. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration & Location

• Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)
• Location: Onshore (US)

3. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue implementation during the Discovery phase.
• Define integration architecture and technical design for Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA) and RecVue.
• Lead the identification of RICEW components and guide development strategies for integrations, extensions, and customizations.
• Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure data mapping, transformation, and loading strategies are technically sound.
• Review and validate technical specifications, ensuring compliance with enterprise security and performance standards.
• Facilitate workshops to capture technical requirements, integration touchpoints, and reporting needs.
• Support development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) for complex technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, dependencies, and risks in a timely manner.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to offshore development teams and ensure quality deliverables.

4. Required Skills & Experience

• Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading as Oracle Technical Lead (Fusion), 7 years experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solution.
• Expertise in technical design and implementation for Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud tools including OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and ADF.
• Experience with RecVue technical components including APIs, data model, and integration with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven track record in designing and validating RICEW components for large ERP programs.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, security, and compliance standards in ERP solutions.
• Ability to guide teams in technical documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant, PMP, or equivalent).
