We are seeking a skilled PCB Process Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining PCB production processes, ensuring product quality, improving yield, and reducing process-related defects and downtime. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end PCB fabrication processes such as solder mask application, etching, drilling, plating, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and surface finish. Develop, document, and maintain process control procedures and parameters for various stages of PCB manufacturing. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures and quality issues. Collaborate with Design, R&D, and Quality teams to review PCB designs for manufacturability (DFM). Continuously monitor process performance and identify opportunities for yield improvement and cost reduction. Coordinate with equipment vendors and maintenance teams for calibration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Maintain process documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs. Train production operators and technicians on process standards and quality compliance. Ensure adherence to IPC standards (such as IPC-A-600, IPC-6012) and ISO/AS9100 quality norms.
