Maintain detailed reports of campaign performance, ROI, and key insights.

Present findings to management for strategy refinementRole & responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities for Content and Creative Designer:

Develop and implement ATL campaigns including, print, and outdoor ads (billboards, transitmedia).
Coordinate with media buying agencies to ensure optimal ad placements.
Supervise creative development for mass media campaigns ensuring brand message is clearly communicated.
Monitor campaign timelines and budgets.
Liaise with media houses and advertising agencies for ad placements, rates, and schedules.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets to media partners.
Track campaign reach and effectiveness through TRPs, impressions, and surveys.
Use insights to refine future ATL strategies.
Plan and manage on-ground activations such as mall events, kiosks, exhibitions, roadshows,and product sampling.
Coordinate venue selection, logistics, permissions, and vendor management.
Execute branding at point-of-sale (POP/POS) locations like retail stores or dealer outlets.
Distribute promotional materials (flyers, standees, signage).
Design and execute BTL strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
Capture and follow up on leads generated from field activities.
Ensure all ATL and BTL campaigns align with brand identity and communication strategy.
Reinforce consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective execution.
Work closely with design, digital, and content teams to align offline and online marketing.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to track campaign impact on business.
